Dear Henry Osthassel,

I am writing you about an issue that concerns me deeply: protecting NeoTechnology of falling into collections or in the hands of an attorney. NeoTechnology has been notified on different occasions of the manner in which accounts that have become seriously past due must be handled. If the nonpayment is not received in full on or before the due date, this matter will be turned over to the attorney with instructions to use all available legal remedies to collect the amount owing.

Henry, by past due and collections on delinquent accounts, as a good businessman and never late for any unpaid bill for NeoTechnology will damage the excellent credit record for several accounts you had previously maintained over the year. NeoTechnology has been informed over the past several months by different accounts requesting an explanation on why you have failed to bring your aging account to current.

Henry, unless the bill collectors hear from you within the requested time, they have no other choice but to turn your accounts over for collection. I am sorry to inform you that they must take such drastic action but I am afraid you leave them no alternative.

The Bill Collectors would like to hear from you and learn what your intentions are in regard to these accounts. Thank you.

Jeg regner med at dere forstår den håpløse situasjonen dere setter oss og hele dette lovende prosjektet i, med betalingsanmerkninger, utkastelse av NeoSign University, tap av eiendeler osv. For ikke å snakke om alle problemene dette allerede har skapt ovenfor våre samarbeidspartnere som skjønner svært lite av hvor vi er blitt av.

Ytterligere kommentarer skulle være unødvendig.

Jeg håper at dere reagerer før hele prosjektet er ødelagt.
